Downtown with my grandpas

It was another beautiful day, so my grandpas and Mommy took me on my first lightrail ride to downtown Denver. I even stayed awake the whole time (on the way there).

It was a beautiful 76 degrees outside today. (Although Ben's annoyed that it's not snowing ... he says that if he wanted warm weather in November, he'd have moved to California. I'm not complaining!) So anyway, Hailey was able to wear her 18-month Cardinals outfit for the first (and probably last) time! I didn't think she'd ever be able to wear it since it was off-season. But yea, she enjoyed a summery-day in her new outfit (which is one of Ben's favorite)!

Hailey loves to run around her play table. She can run much faster, but I never seem to have my camera handy when she does that. She also loves to chase Mei Mei around the table, which is a funny sight.

What's with these biscuits?!

Okay, we went to dim sum for lunch and Hailey had her first teething biscuit. I thought it was a cookie. Cookies aren't supposed to make a mess. Some crumbs maybe. But the soggy mess that was all over her new outfit, tablecloth, highchair, hands, face, and hair was totally unexpected. Granted it did keep her occupied for the majority of lunch since she treated it more like a sucker. But geeze, they should put warning labels on the box for the mess they make! I should've taken a picture but I was too horrified at the mess. What the heck?!

On our trip to San Jose, Hailey discovers the fun of standing up in her crib and then falling on her butt...over and over again!

We got Hailey this new activity table for $8 at Tuesday Morning. Yay! She loves playing with the animals...you "plug" them into the center of the table and they make different animal sounds and songs. Except she keeps dropping them, but it's fun to watch her try and pick them up. (She hasn't figured out a graceful way of sitting from a standing position other than just falling on her butt -- which we affectionately refer to as "going BOOM!")
